urination
On account of the reduction of the muscle function of the bladder and its
subsequent inability to retain a large amount of urine, the bladder has to be
emptied more frequently.
If I feel the urge to urinate I can’t ignore it, I have to go!
When I urinate, there is less pressure which results in a dropwise action and
this way it takes a lot of effort to empty the bladder.
A solution is to sit down although this way it’s harder to tell if the bladder
is completely emptied.
So urinating takes time. Even when I feel the pressure to go, this does not mean
I can start urinating immediately. It requires patience.
